Coordinates Weekly project updates meeting
Emails Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Cost Estimator with attached shop drawing request from client, if any
Emails and calls clients for project updates and concerns
Manages delivery schedule
Looks for a truck too use for delivery of finished goods
Prints a copy of PO and stamps them (Master copy and controlled copy)
Updates project file
Inputs Sales Orders in Odoo System
Sends SOA to client
Follows-up payment to client
Files Site Service report
Coordinates the site service requirements
Arranges transportation and accommodation of employees who will travel for Site Service, as necessary.
Attends to assigned duties from time to time by his/her superior
Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years' experience in the same field.
Excellent organization skills.
