Position Overview
The objective of this role is to apply sales techniques and strategies to enroll students into our accounting training programs. The 3 stage sales process will be followed through initial phone calls, online consultations, and follow-ups to reach the ultimate conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Liaison
Liaising with General Manager to receive daily, weekly and monthly work requirements and priorities.
Liaising with others in the team when required to provide assistance Work Input
Make outbound phone calls
Book and conduct Zoom consultations
Follow up with students after the consultations via phone calls or emails with the focus on the conversion
Provide quality after-sale services
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Reach minimum 20 candidates via phone calls per day
Book minimum 2 consultations per day
Conduct minimum 2 consultations per day
Enroll minimum 12 students into accounting programs per month
Collect minimum 2 positive google reviews per month Quality Assurance
Ensure KPI are achieved
Ensure phone call and consultation scripts are followed

Requirements
Minimum 1 year working experience as a sales consultant/representative in the industry
Basic knowledge in Accounting & Bookkeeping
Basic knowledge in Xero or MYOB
Excellent communication skills
