The candidate selected for the Sales and Collection Associate position is expected to accomplish the following tasks: Handles the recording, posting and monitoring of sales and receivables Checks and validates important transaction records like daily sales attachments, credit card invoices, check and cash invoices, etc ensures the correctness and accuracy of any and all documents of the same nature Coordinates with centers and the corresponding sales staff regarding net sales for the day resolves any discrepancies that may arise from erroneous or misfiled data of the same Files and maintains sales transactions-related documents Requests supplies from credit card companies and distributes these to all centers Creates reports summarizing the net sales for the month and assists Auditors in all transactions related to sales and receivables QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): accounts receivable, sales report, Financial Management. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
