Sales & Client Success Specialist (Part-Time - Night Shift | US)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 18,000 to 20,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm - 2:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States is a click funnels and marketing expert. He is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and author and is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Client Success Specialist.
About the Role:
Sales
Meet with leads to go over software demos or even meet with existing ones to go over the client's software and its benefits to their companies
Appointment Setting
Send out SMS and email and respond to leads via personalized text messaging software
Establish rapport with leads
Reports generation
Project and Client Management
Get to know all clients and establish a great work relationship dynamic with them
Keep the group team on track in terms of targets and deliverables for each client
Track and manage client account requirements
Documenting SOPs
Administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or customer service and client management role
Strong English communication skills with neutral to American accent
High-level rapport-building skills and etiquette via emails and SMS
Agile and quick thinking to handle curveballs from potential leads
Experience with Zendesk, Skipio, Click Funnels or platforms that are similar to each
Familiarity with shipment tracking
Familiarity with Orderlitics and XPS Ship not required but a GREAT advantage
Tech-savvy: quick learner for new platforms and systems
Self-starter who takes a good initiative to get things done with minimal supervision
Diligent and organized
Problem solver
Team player
