HIRING: SALES BANK SUPPORT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers in completing necessary bank documentation for vehicle financing and leasing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank requirements.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the processing of customer loan applications, including verification of creditworthiness and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to vehicle financing in a prompt and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the vehicle sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping, to support the sales department's operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in automotive sales support, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and processing paperwork.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
