SALES PERSONNEL/SALES ASSOCIATE
 
As a Sales Associate you are responsible for the following duties:
-Represent the company's products and high standard services
-Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customers
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer and agents
-Answer customer's inquiries
-Present, promote and sell products - creating seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Process customer reservation and create individual customer files
-Establish relationship with clients and sales agents
-Process agent's incentives and commission
-Conduct Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) in the absence of the Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
-At least 1 year work experience preferably in real estate.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - English and Filipino
-Fast learner, ability to absorb information quickly and adopt new working systems
- Honest, Trustworthy, and can do multitask
-Tech savvy
-Team player
-Computer skills: MS Office (word, excel and power point)
-Willing to be assigned in POOC TALISAY CITY, CEBU
