Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications:
Candidates with a bachelor's degree of any course;
Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure;
An avid learner who is hungry for growth and embraces technology to find solutions;
Flexible to do field work; for those who have a driver's license.
Role Summary:
Ensures that account of assignment continues to grow in terms of scope, volume, and number of accounts;
Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discusses the opportunity to further grow the business;
Provides and negotiates best deal programs;
Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts;
Ensures that sales targets are achieved.
