Job Description:
Assist the customer with any questions they have about the purchase they want to make. They often help the customer with returns, refunds, and resolve common complaints.
Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills.
Develops product knowledge by constant communication with Superior for any new products
Call the customers to ask for their orders
Coordinate with the customer for the shipping/delivery process of their orders.
Job Qualification·
Knows how to use computer esp. Microsoft Word/Excel File
Can communicate well with other people
Willing to be train
Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
Experience:
sales: 1 year (Preferred)
