This position is responsible on selling activities; from greeting customers, answering inquiries, suggesting items and providing product information while delivering sales growth and business to the organization. The position also provides excellent customer service, maintaining long-lasting relationships with customer and keep professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting store commitment to our customer.
1.Sales Advisor - 40%
· Probe customer/s on their merchandise needs.
· Highlights the benefits and features of the merchandise.
· Perform upscale and cross selling techniques in the work area.
· Make appropriate suggestions and product recommendations as request by the client.
· Execute new product launch and promotion.
· Endorse promotional products and activities to new and existing client/s
2. Sales Management and Admin Services - 25%
· Monitor and report slow moving and saleable items to the superior.
· Ensure products are stocked adequately, keeping an eye on stock level.
· Protect high value merchandise to prevent pilferage and loss.
· Attractively exhibit different merchandise based on the standard merchandising display requirements.
· Facilitate collection of payment, bag in merchandise and gift wrapping when necessary
· Endorse to the next salesperson of other section that is of interest of the customer.
· Maintain clean and hygienic condition in the work environment.
· Encourage new customer to join memberships on Frequent Shoppers Plus (FSP), monitor old client records and conduct telemarketing if necessary.
3.Customer Relations - 30%
· Gives relevant information on products and experiences.
· Recognize clients as individuals who deserve personalize service.
· Answer questions or handle transactions quickly
4.Reports - 5%
· Update, accomplish and submit monthly sales report to direct superior.
· Accomplish checklist daily.
· Provide monthly reports on out of stocks and inventory discrepancy to inventory associates/specialist.
Education
College level or Vocational Graduate or K-12 Graduate

Knowledge:
Good knowledge of understanding sales principles and customer service practices
Familiar with the business, systems and procedures used in the Company
