The Sales Assessment Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of sales enquiries and follow ups, including managing leads records in the sales system and assisting the other areas in the Sales Department
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Respond to sales inquiries - inbound and outbound via phone and email/sms
Provide timely response to customer enquiries and manage expectation and service delivery standards
Keep accurate records of customer enquiries including customer details and nature of the inquiry
Adhere to established sales processes
Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge
Action other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemeed necessary by management to achieve business goals
Availability to work on weekends (5 working days; Day shift)
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills - able to provide insights based on analysis
Good planning and organising skills; good attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Results-driven; Knowledge sharing mentality
