Job Description
Responsible in attaining Accounting Dept.'s goal of accurate, complete, and timely recording and reporting of sales and receivables by ensuring that all transactions are recorded and posted in the company's Accounting Information System.
He/she acts as integrator of all sales and receivables data from all stores and sources.
Control, monitor and book transactions from customer loyalty program.
Accurate, complete and timely review and posting of sales to Accounting Information System (AIS)
Booked cash sales matched with deposited cash in the bank
Collections from Credit Card companies are accounted and booked
All booked credit sales are reported to Credit & Collections
All other receivables are booked, billed, and collected
Loyalty program monitored to ensure accuracy of credits granted in relations to booked sales, and corresponding liabilities recognized.
All adjustments to sales and receivables booked
Job Qualification
BS Accountancy
Ability to complete work within set schedule
Good verbal and communication skills
Team Player
Can work under minimum supervision
Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
