Job Description:
Responsible to answer incoming sales calls and customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsible to prepare Statement of Accounts, Purchase Order and Delivery Receipt.
Coordinate with client's delivery schedule and purchase order.
Responsible to immediate supervisor on production updates and supplier's delivery.
In charge to reconcile Sales Report with Accounting Department for client's payment update and overdue payments.
