Job Description
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for engaging the current and new customers to manage the account as well as finding new opportunities. Responsibilities include the following taks
(a) Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to their inquiries
(b) Call leads and prospective customers.
(c) Set up sales appointments and follows up with clients and potential clients
(d) Perform sales coordination internally and with leads/prospects including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars and
(e) Prepare the necessary presentation materials for sales meetings and client meetings
(f) Provide assistance in demonstration set up and configuration
(g) Active participation in sales meetings, discovery calls and client meetings
(h) Recording minutes of meetings and sharing them with the team in the intended format
(i) Sales proposal drafting and development
(j) Social media activity and updates
(k) Writing and editing blogs
(l) Website updates
(m) Creating contact cards and keeping CRM up to date
(n) Manage calendar of CEO and respond to meeting requests and provide scheduling assistance
(o) Assisting and supporting the sales manager with completion of appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
Shift timings- Time Zone requirement of 1 am SGT to 10 am SGT with lunch from 5 am to 6 am SGT)
Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills
Sharp analytical skills
Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook
Separate workspace at home that is quiet and private (should be a separate room)

WORK SHIFT:
i. This position supports the US Time zone clients.
ii. Work shift is from 1 am PHT to 10 am PHT with lunch from 5 am to 6 am PHT)
This is a full-time Work from Home Position
