Ensure concession stores attain sales target
Review, check and analyze Sales Order based on monthly off take
Review monthly off take and check any discrepancy in inventory report as submitted
Conducts regular store visits and facilitate new stores openings
Facilitates pull-outs of damages and overstocked items
Prepare intro letters , pull out letters, holiday memo and other correspondents as needed.
Conduct monthly merchandisers meeting
Conduct performance evaluation of merchandisers
Recruitment and supervision of concession merchandisers
Coordinates and maintain good rapport with concession store key personnel
Provides prompt action on store and merchandisers concerns directly or thru chat groups
Ensures on time submission of Sales orders , monthly sales and inventory reports
Ensures that all merchandisers concern are acted upon accordingly
Conducts Stock Inventory audit in stores as needed
Monitors and reports competitor activities. Survey and report competitor Products/ price positioning
Coordinates with logistics for timely delivery of items
Ensures planogram / display guide is followed per store branch and correct price tags per item
Ensures implementation of in-store promotions and price increase
Recommends new accounts for Business development for approval of management
Performs other functions that may be assigned by Department Head
Job Qualifications:
• With at least 3 years of working experience in Sales
Male or Female , 25-30 yrs old
• Experience in handling merchandisers
• With Good in time and personnel management skills.
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do fieldworks
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
