We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to lead our hotel's marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality sales and marketing, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to develop creative strategies that enhance our brand presence and maximize hotel performance.
 
 
Sales and Marketing Officer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business.
At least 3-5 years' experience in hotel Sales and Marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and boosting hotel revenue.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs related to sales, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
Strong skills in digital marketing, promotions and brand management, with extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and strategy.
Excellent networking and negotiation abilities with corporate clients and travel agencies.
Knowledge of hospitality trends, guest experience standards, and booking platforms (OTA, IFCA, CRM).
Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Creative, results-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willing to work on a project-based arrangement, with flexibility to meet specific hotel marketing and sales goals.
