Job Description:
Our sister company (kalunhawan.com) is now looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in the food supplement industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our product range.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and client segments.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
Coordinate with product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.
Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to refine tactics and enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve online presence and engagement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and customer service.
Provide guidance and training to junior sales and marketing staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the food supplement or related industry.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the health and wellness sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Good in product knowledge training
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Knowledge of nutritional products and dietary supplements.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
