Description
• Work with potential customers to find what they want ,create solutions and ensure a smooth sales
process.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Plan advertising & promotional campaigns for products on a variety of media (ex. social, print &
others)
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies to raise brand awareness
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders .
• Maintaining Client records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
• General control over all activities in stores including monitoring of inventory.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Working closely with sales and marketing department.
• Maintaining a marketing database.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Understanding company product and brand.
• General office duties.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Organizing market research.
• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
• Updating social media accounts
