Is currently looking for:
SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
I. RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES, AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Establishing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Keeping an accurate record of all sales, scheduled client engagements, and customer complaints.
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize escalating questions as needed.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend customer lifetime value.
Develop plans and strategies for more efficient sales, both individually and as part of a team.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization processes and procedures/standards.
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Develop efficient marketing strategies and sales campaigns.
Conduct market research to classify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Examine the impact of marketing campaigns and make measurement reports.
Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Research new product concepts for product innovation that can cater to the needs of the customers.
Prepare monthly expenses report of the advertisements, promotions events, and all types of expenses involved in marketing a product.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
II. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of BS in Management/Marketing or Business Management or any related courses.
At least (1) year of experience in the same field.
Proficient in computer applications
Good analytical skills, leadership skills, and can do multitask
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Problem-solving and organizational Skills
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and appropriately with high-level professionals, boards, committees, volunteers, and executive staff.
Time Management skills
