Job Overview:
 
The Sales and Marketing Manager leads the hospital's initiatives to connect patients, physicians, corporate partners, shareholders, and the community with quality healthcare services. Through strategic marketing campaigns, partnership development, and outreach programs, the manager enhances the hospital's brand visibility, drives service utilization, and supports sustainable business growth. This role plays a vital part in strengthening relationships with key stakeholders while upholding the hospital's commitment to excellence, compassion, and patient-centered care.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with hospital goals and objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential service expansions.
Formulate strategies to improve hospital brand recognition and patient engagement.
2. Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, government agencies, and partner institutions.
Develop corporate accounts, referral programs, and partnership packages for healthcare services.
Prepare and present business proposals, service quotations, and promotional offers.
3. Marketing and Promotions
Oversee all marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions to ensure consistent messaging and hospital branding.
Plan and manage social media presence, website content, and public relations initiatives.
Coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and wellness activities.
4. Sales Management
Set and monitor sales targets for hospital services and packages.
Track and analyze sales performance, patient acquisition data, and conversion metrics.
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive service utilization.
5. Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with hospital departments (e.g., Diagnostics, Surgery, Outpatient, Laboratory) to develop service marketing plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals in promoting specialty services.
Coordinate with Finance for marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
6. Reporting and Compliance
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
Ensure compliance with DOH and other regulatory guidelines in healthcare marketing.
Manage and document contracts, agreements, and client relationships.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of two (2) years in a managerial capacity. Experience in a hospital, healthcare, or service industry setting is advantageous.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; strategic planning and analytical capabilities; proficiency in digital marketing and market research.
Other Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams; high level of professionalism, integrity, and results orientation.
