JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Manager will lead, guide and manage sales and marketing team. He/She will be responsible in identifying and fulfilling customer needs and wants that will create brand preference and loyalty.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieves marketing and sale’s operational objective by executing necessary plans and strategies.
Provides marketing information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
Develops marketing and sales objectives, key activities and measures results
Manages, leads and guides sales & marketing team to achieve objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Strong managerial experience in both sales and marketing field
Knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing
Experience in Corporate Account Sales Management is an advantage
Experience in Retail Trade Marketing
Ability to work under pressure
Pro-active and good listener
Great written and verbal communication skills
Superior organization and time management skills
