Our client is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to develop marketing campaigns and increase the candidate attraction in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop marketing campaigns to increase our candidate attraction in the market by successfully developing the client's brand where candidates who are looking for a position within mining or construction see the company as the place to come.
· Adding candidates to our database from Seek, LinkedIn or other tools to ensure we have a pool of candidates who the recruitment team can contact and find suitable jobs for
· Sending our weekly Hot jobs to each category to ensure they have regular contact and know what jobs we are recruiting for
· Ensure all jobs are on the website to drive traffic to the website and increase our brand
· Ensure our database are of the highest quality and all candidates have contact details and can be contacted for work
· Developing marketing campaigns to increase the company's clients across each of our core categories
· Adding clients to the database so the sales team can contact them and build our brand in our categories
· Ensure all emails from our EDMs are actioned and new contacts found if they have left the company
· Follow the marketing plan to build our brand with companies
· Develop marketing campaigns to attract talent to the client's brand and become a place where people want to work
· Build a pool of candidates in the database of potential internal people to work with the client
· Ensuring all contact details are maintained and updated to ensure the HR team can contact them as part of our Employer of Choice branding campaign
· Increase our social branding by increasing the followers and reviews across all platforms
· Work with the Marketing Manager on all social media campaigns
· Adding all candidates and clients from leads into the dataset to form part of our marketing campaigns
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in Sales, Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
· With at least 2 years of work experience in using CRM / Marketing tools
· With experience using Seek and LinkedIn as a Social Media Platform
· With excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in using MS Office
· High level of attention to detail and research skills
· Generally able to work with a team
· Accurate and tech savvy
· Ability to respond to leads quickly and efficiently
· Professional and detail-oriented
· Has great interest in social media and digital marketing
