We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and boost online engagement. You will play a key role in creating exceptional in-store experiences for customers, promoting our brand through digital and traditional marketing channels, and helping the company achieve its growth objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and demonstrate product features to aid purchasing decisions. Ensure excellent customer service, assist with visual merchandising, and support daily sales operations such as transactions, inventory, and deliveries. Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
Marketing
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand visibility. Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers. Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights for improvement. Coordinate email marketing, collaborate on in-store events and promotions, and track competitors and market trends to inform strategies.
Customer Engagement & Brand Building
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, understanding their style preferences, and providing design solutions. Gather feedback to improve the shopping experience and ensure consistent branding across all channels, including signage, promotional materials, and social media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing tools.
Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for home décor and interior design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, POS, and MacOS.
