The Executive Sales Assistant must be detail‐oriented, creative, and personable, articulate clearly and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management.
Position Description
Act as administrative assistant to the Sales & Marketing Manager and Director of the company or other designated management.
Complete the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
Support the outside sales team.
Speak with customers using clear and professional language.
Write up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence, including but not limited to proposals, contracts and proof of performance recaps.
Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Assist with the administrative functions of Sales and Marketing events including assisting at the event, going on site visits, printing programs, picking up supplies, etc.; may require working outside of normal office hours.
Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
Resolve any sales related issues with customers.
Perform other functions assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
With Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral and Written
With Knowledge on all MS Office Applications - word, excel, power point, and adobe
With experience in sales quotation making and pricing
With pleasing personality
Reside within Pasig or Taguig
Can extend workhours weekdays and weekends
Always ready attitude
