Position Summary:
 
At Essencialife Consumer Goods Trading, we aim to be the industry leader of successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to help us sell the products and services that help improve the lives of people around the country.  Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. A Sales Specialist is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services and policies. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase a close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. It’s also essential that Sales Specialist be approachable and professional. His or her efforts will help us extend our global reach and impact.
 
Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Generating leads
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Operating cash records, managing financial transactions, and balancing inventories.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Directing customers to merchandise within the store online/offline
Increasing store online/offline sales
Superior product knowledge
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Maintaining client records
Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, availability and deliveries
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing and logistics
Keep a record of product inventories
Do task as assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience in sales and distribution
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
A professional appearance
A commitment to excellent customer service
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
The ability to be flexible on working periods of time
Reporting to: Sales and Distribution Manager
 
Job Type: Full-time
 
Salary: Php13, 000.00/month + 13th month pay/SSS/Philhealth/Pag-ibig/Sales Incentives
 
Work Schedules: Work at Office/Field/Home (Monday to Saturday / 8hours per day)
 
Experience:
Customer Service: 2+ years (Required)
Sales & Marketing: 2+ years (Required but not necessary)
Distribution / Logistics: Preferred but not necessary
Social Media: 2+ year (Required)
Language:
English (Required)
