Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and building relationships within the local community and industry.
Effectively present our services and sample works to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services, and handling any inquiries or issues promptly and with empathy.
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, communicating any changes with the client, and meet committed delivery timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 2years of sales experience. Bonus if it’s in the offset and digital printing industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present and negotiate.
Must have a passion for serving clients with an end-goal of client satisfaction in order to retain them for the long-term.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
BONUS. If you have experience in a B2B industry as a sales professional
