This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:
The Sales Analyst in the QTC Team will be amenable for working across multiple departments to support sales systems, process and tools. Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of system testing, process consistency, documentation and training.
The analyst will work hand in hand with UAT testers to write test cases, execute test steps and prepare the defect reports. Understands how system works to test it effectively and get a firsthand knowledge of new system functionality to support training efforts through WalkMe platform.
This role requires strong analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to undertake with multi-functional teams. Projects are likely to focus on improving sales operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions as Sales Business Users including Finance review
Assess and prepare use cases and execute all assigned test cases on a given timeline
Provide detailed description of scenarios that failed thru case management
Manage testing documents and UAT status/pass rate daily
Document and validate new and existing sales workflows
Assess and detail key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Document step by step guide on new releases
Work synergetic with cross-functional teams - establish relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve achievements
Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
Facilitate/ Attend Train the Trainer session
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
High Proficiency with Goggle Docs, Sheets and Slides
High Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to motivate change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to assemble, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions
Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, projects and target date simultaneously
Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Expertise in a self-directed manner
Experience in sales analytics, business process design and/or consulting experience is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce, WalkMe, other enterprise software is a plus
Familiarity in Finance is a plus (Revenue, Billing, Tax, FP&A)
Willing to do night shifts
