Job Description: We are a newly established long-span color roofing manufacturing factory and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent with a background in the construction industry to help us introduce and sell our innovative products to customers.
 
Responsibilities:
Utilize your construction industry expertise to engage with potential customers, understand their specific roofing needs, and effectively demonstrate the value of our products.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the unique features and benefits of our offerings in relation to construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving or exceeding sales targets within the construction sector.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the construction industry to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, specifically within the construction industry, preferably related to roofing or building materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with customers in the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry trends, allowing you to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the construction industry.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of a growing and evolving organization.
Flexibility to work remotely or at the office, depending on the arrangement (freelance or in-house).
