A Snapshot Of Your Role
Engage with new and existing customers to sell additional services or upgrade existing services based on their business requirement. The team will also engage with customers who have churned their services away from the campaign and attempt to win them back.
Your day could see you:
· Offering the campaign's product, and plan, as best fit business solution to new and existing customers
· Establish a connection and be able to engage customers in a business conversation
· Perform cost-benefit and business needs analysis to ensure the best solution offered through pre-call research and account assessment
· Determine cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base, focusing on improved customer experience
· Answer customer queries regarding recent product and service offers
· Raise orders seamlessly, and ensure that all legal requirements met
· Conduct credit and risk assessment on potential customers prior sign up
· Manage Salesforce opportunities and leads, timely, and efficiently
· Providing invoice copies and other account information to customers
· Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management
