A Sales Agent will work in a fast-paced call center to initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers. He/she serves the customers by selling products and meeting customers' satisfaction.
Call potential customers to describe services offered
Generating Leads
Educate customers on product offerings and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
Place phone calls to current customers to determine their satisfaction as well as receive customer suggestions
Follow up with customer leads or previous customer
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
At least High School Graduate (from previous curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Level/Undergraduate, College Graduate
At least 2 years previous work experience in a BPO setting
Experience in sales is a must
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Can work in shifting schedules, holidays, and/or as business requires
Good Attendance record from previous employer
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent in written and verbal communication skill.
