Job Description:
Receiving and processing Purchase Orders from Sales Rep or directly from Customers.
Issuing Sales Invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers' information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintains and updates sales and customer records
Complies daily and monthly sales report
Directing feedback and concerns from customers to relevant Departments
Supporting the Sales Representatives with other administrative tasks, including Business Travel Application, Cash Advance Requests
Monitors accounts receivable of Customers
Maintains and Monitors Proposals and Agreements
Performs tasks that maybe assigned to his/her.
