Sales Order Management - managing all orders to fulfillment and ensuring all orders are executed accurately and within the specified timeline. Back Order Management - managing all backorders to fulfillment and ensuring all orders are executed accurately and within the specified timeline. Operational Support - managing all operational activities associated with a Sales Order. This can include, but is not limited to: stock allocation, ETA management, proforma invoicing, managing client deliveries, product returns, ad hoc order amendments Quotations - provide additional support to the Account Management team to ensure quote requests are completed for specified clients Successfully handle general queries, phone, and email for all clients to enhance the customer experience and to SLA. Creating & refreshing deal registrations (bids) on behalf of the account managers. Assisting Account Managers and their channel partners with ad-hoc inquiries, ETA's. Experience: Operational, customer service, or administrative experience is highly advantageous Tertiary education is preferred
