About the Role
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team that handles scoping activities as well as administrative duties for the company and its management team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Take responsibility for managing customer service email inbox by responding and/or allocating concerns respectively.
Respond to clients' emails and requests promptly.
Support the phone caller/appointment setter with the booking system when required.
Coordinate and assist in the scheduling of client appointments.
Follow up with staff on behalf of customers where required.
Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to the management team.
Assist in the management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Provide support and assistance to design consultants and clients in managing their calendars.
Provide support to managers as required.
Manage the CRM Database, including collection and maintenance of client data within it.
Assist with general administrative activities.
Collate inquiry details and import them to CRM and mail system.
About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate these characteristics:

Ability to maintain a warm, natural, and friendly but professional tone.
Can create a harmonious relationship with clients through listening, solving problems, and overcoming objections.

A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport easily.
Position Prerequisites
At least two years of experience as a Sales and Administrative Assistant.
Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
Experience in working with a dynamic, rapidly changing office, and providing administrative support to a department.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically in Excel.
Experience in XERO or similar would be an advantage.
Ability to gauge client needs.
Ability to run reports and prepare data.
Accurate production of financial documents such as quotes and invoices.
Excellent attention to detail, strong project management, and organisational skills.
Strong verbal, written communication, and proofreading skills.
