Job Description
Provides general support to the Sales and Marketing Department on its day-to-day operations.
Creates sales proposals and presentation materials.
Prepares sales quotations and bid documents.
Deals with customers, external offices, agencies, and organizations.
Arranges schedule, travel accommodation, allowances, and other administrative requirements of the Sales and Marketing Group.
Monitors delivery of goods and completion of projects from beginning to end.
Handles collections and all corresponding document requirements.
 
 
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any-year Business course, Engineering or its Technical equivalent.
Experience in dealing with corporate clients and government agencies is an advantage.
Background in industrial products and services like Road Traffic Management Systems carries a strong point.
Has good oral and written English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications.
Motivated, dynamic, and hardworking.
Willing to travel around the country.
