1. Responsible for developing market research to create pitches and materials that best reach the target audience
2. Work alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing to create Marketing Plan for a given campaign
3. Keep track of Communication with Clients using Client Relationship Management Software, which allows them to keep track of the communication between their team members and clients.
4. Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
5. Teaching sales team closing techniques and how to negotiate for the best possible deal
6. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success
7. Monitor status of accounts and transactions

1.Hands-on experience in Sales and an ability to deliver the excellent customer experience
2. Knowledge of CRM Software and MS Office
3. Understanding of sales performance metrics
4. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
5. Business Acumen with a problem-solving attitude
6. A graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or Relevant Field
7. Must have at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
