HelpFlow provides 24/7 Live Chat and Customer Service Teams for e-commerce stores.
Our 24/7 Live Chat Team helps our clients convert website traffic to qualified leads or revenue through "Conversion Conversations" while our Customer Service Team provides our clients seamless and scalable Customer Service structure by managing their entire customer service operation or providing additional agents to work alongside their team.
We are looking for a Sales Account Strategist to handle our Sales Funnel by moving prospects thru stages with the goal of signing them up to one of our Service.
We have been in the business for over 7 years now with more than 100 eCommerce store clients. We are very well established with robust process within each department. In Sales, we have a well documented and robust process that got us to where we are and we are looking for someone to take the foundation we've built and lessons we've learned, and "own" the sales process to grow our customer base and take it to the next level. It's not going to be "easy" - but it's pretty "simple" to understand what is needed.
Here are the expectations that we have for the role: * Kick-off deals for all marketing qualified leads and perform necessary follow ups until prospect books an intro call.
Prepare and conduct Intro Calls / Strategy Calls with business prospects. With this process, you are expected to:
Determine if a prospect is a potential fit for any of our service.
Identifying the most appropriate service for our prospect and recommend a solution that will address their needs.
Analyze prospect's Google Analytics to do a quick Breakeven Analysis
Conduct Proposal and Closing Calls to bring the prospect to the finish line. Account Strategist is expected to complete the sign up process by having the agreement signed, collecting payment and doing the onboarding call with the Customer Success Team.
Conduct phone, email and Linkedin follow ups to promote movement within deals.
Lastly, apart from the leads being generated by our Marketing campaigns, we also expect the Sales Account Strategist to conduct prospecting to generate their own leads thru high touch outreach, prospecting, establishing connection thru events, etc.
Are you the right fit for the Sales Account Strategist role. Here are the things that we consider: * We are looking for someone with at least 1 year Sales Experience. The successful candidate should have experience in doing business-to-business / enterprise sales.
We are looking for someone who can work independently with very little supervision. We have a well-documented Sales Playbook and the successful candidate is expected to be able to execute processes documented in the playbook.
We are looking for someone who can determine and understand the needs of the prospects and recommend the most appropriate service/solution available. We want an Account Strategist who can analyze situations and recommend the most appropriate action plan not just to the prospect but also to the Management Team.
We are looking for someone who can work with Technology such as Google Analytics, CRM, Email and Softphones.
We are looking for someone who's not afraid to "go out there" to find prospects. We expect the Account Strategist to generate their own leads and not just rely on leads being generated by Marketing.
Miscellaneous Information About the Role: * The successful candidate will be hired part-time initially during training working 20-25 hours per week. This can change upon the discretion of the Sales Manager during training if there's an influx of deals that we need to work on while you're training.
After 1 month, you will be hired full-time working 40 hours per week.
Requirements
REQUIRED: This is a 100% remote position so we REQUIRE you to have the basic infrastructure that will allow you work in a WFH/remote environment.
Stable high speed internet connection (Mobile internet not recommended)
Laptop or PC that can handle work tools (Recommended: Quad-core CPU >2.5ghz, 8GB or higher RAM)
Headset with mic and webcam for client and team meetings
Quiet and distraction-free workplace
REQUIRED: B2B Sales Management
You have at least 1 year of B2B Sales experience.
You owned the success or failure of the Sales Department by moving prospects to the funnel thru routine follow ups/communication and with the end goal of them signing up to your service.
You conduct Intro Calls, Proposal Calls and Closing Calls with Prospect.
Working with other departments to ensure smooth transition of Prospect to Client Management after signup.
REQUIRED: Knowledge on Implementing Improvement (and ideally creation) of Sales Funnel and Process.
In addition to managing the actual sales funnel and process, we also expect you to introduce improvements.
This should include making the whole sales process experience better for prospects while delivering better results.
REQUIRED: Leadership of Teams
You will be working closely with the Sales Development Coordinator, Marketing and Sales Manager and CEO as a Sales Account Strategist. Aside from working closely, you will be sharing some of the Sales metrics with the other members of the team.
You will be responsible in managing and training the Sales Development Coordinator.
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Ability to Travel or Attend Virtual Events
Mobility and being able to travel for work can help you in generating your own leads by attending industry events whether face-to-face or virtual.
Availability of Visa will allow you travel and attend international events esp. events in the USA.
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Knowledge and experience with e-Commerce and Google Analytics
You understand how an e-Commerce business works and how they use website live chat to become more successful.
You have experience in creating and analyzing Google Analytics to be able to come up with action plans that will help an e-Commerce business become successful.
