We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to grow our revenue with local customers and be responsible for strengthening Sensient Food Colors & Flavors image in the Phillippines, ideally based in Laguna.
We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization. This, together with your background in food science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline, or your strong technical sales experience, will be critical to make an impact in the business.
After that, you will focus on delivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, as well as developing new customers for our Food Colors & Flavors in the Philippines. To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams. Filipino and English fluency would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.
With your extensive sales experience in a B2B sales environment (within food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients), your excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
