As a Sales Account Executive, your responsibilities are:
 
New Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Regularly conduct client check-ins and reviews, identifying opportunities for additional sales.
Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
Sales Quotations, Negotiation, Follow-ups, and Deal Closing:
Prepare and send sales quotations to potential and existing clients.
Engage in negotiation processes, addressing client concerns and objections to close deals.
Implement a structured follow-up process to maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients.
Utilize effective closing techniques to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Project Implementation Oversight:
Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure the project's success.
Provide support and inputs to internal teams during the project lifecycle.
Monitor project milestones and address any issues that may arise, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Billing and Collection:
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Monitor client accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and implement collection strategies when necessary.
Collaborate with the finance team to address billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries related to invoicing.
Government Bidding:
Actively participate in government bidding processes, including attending pre-bid meetings, presentations, and relevant meetings.
Prepare and submit bids.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with bidding requirements
Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Marketing Events:
Attend and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events maximize exposure and generate leads.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the immediate superior and Management outlining planned sales activities and key performance metrics.
Use sales tools for tracking activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, E.C.E, Comp. Engineering or related field.
Proven sales experience, skilled in new business development and account management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strategic sales approach.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
Excellent presentation and sound technical skills is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident.
Customer service orientation and goal-driven.
Proficiency in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
Willingness to travel.
