SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
(Project Specialist)
 
Responsibilities
Researches potential clients and database generation
Books and Manages Company's annual events through marketing and promotion by means of telemarketing, email, fax marketing. If deemed necessary, does presentations
Provides account servicing tasks to clients and prospective clients
Develops and maintains client database
Prepares proposals and other correspondences in the like but not limited to, marketing materials such as lay-out; event fact sheet, association letter; sponsorship and solicitation letters; weekly reports
Maintains good relationships with customers through regular phone contact, emails or personal contacts especially with the Embassies, Government Agency and Association
Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors, their necessary requirements
Coordinates with the Marketing Department for Press Releases
Coordinates with Creative Department for the necessary requirements
Visits competitor events and submits reports in accordance to the strengths and weaknesses of the other shows
Assists in other events team assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
During pre-event and event proper, performs on-site task(s) assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
Does post event reporting for submission to Top Management.
Performs others assigned tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
