Develop training plans, schedules, and materials aligned with departmental goals to address the identified skill gaps and align them with the specific needs of the Transport Operations Group and Angkas bikers.
Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and design targeted training programs that meet the specific needs of the departments and Angkas bikers.
Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs, covering topics such as defensive riding techniques, traffic laws, emergency procedures, and first aid.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to incorporate best practices and industry standards, and engage in knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality training content.
Update training materials to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees across various departments within the Transport Operations Group and Angkas bikers, utilizing training modules, presentations, job aids, and resources to support effective learning and skill development.
Oversee the delivery of safety training programs, ensuring consistency and quality.
Monitor attendance and participation rates.
Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Encourage a proactive approach to safety, emphasizing the importance of safe driving practices.
Analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Team Management & Culture Building
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Business, or other related courses
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with the ADDIE principles, other instructional design frameworks, and adult learning and training methodologies.
Experience or at least knowledge of instructional design using any authoring tool (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Experience or knowledge in LMS/LXP or at least basic orientation with LMS processes is beneficial but not required
Video editing is beneficial but not required
Able to report in Cainta, Rizal and Makati Offices, full onsite from Monday to Friday.
