Responsibilities:
1. Prepare HSE related documents and have the registered practice qualification certificate stipulated by local regulations;
2. Assist in HSE-related work and COVID-19 prevention and control, and assist in communication and coordination involving to HSE and COVID-19;
3. Be able to independently complete the corresponding tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as drafting documents, some on-site management, and communication and coordination of related work;
4. Assist the project execution team when necessary.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in safety management and with professional and efficient work experience of 5 years in the same industry;
2. Excellent in English (spoken and written);
3. Familiar with local HSE regulations and systems;
4. Have sufficient HSE management work experience and be familiar with local safety management processes
5. Recognize the value of the company and have serious and strong sense of confidentiality;
6. Respect and follow the work instruction from the superior;
7. Have good faith and decency to develop the work and the career;
8. Be positive, optimistic, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;
9. Be good at communication and at working with international team.
Salary and others:
1. Currently work from home in quarantine, but applicants shall work in the office when necessary, in GCQ or other low restriction of community quarantine such as MECQ or new normal;
2. No allowance of telephone, transport and food, and income tax are included in the salary;
3. Monthly salary is PHP 20k to 35k, which depends on the capability and experiences of the application.
4. Salary will be paid once at the end of the month.
5. Bonus will be paid to those who have good contribution to the progress and the quality of the works.
6. Personal protective equipment will be provided when working on the Project Site.
