QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of BS Industrial, Electrical,Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering course
With at least 3 years related work experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides technical expertise and specialized knowledge on Safety and health to be able to implement safety and health activities in accordance to the company safety and health policy and related safety and health regulatory requirement to achieve a safe and healthy workplace.
Provides Safety technical recommendation on safety findings and regulatory compliance actions.
Develops ESH promotional programs.
Develop and Conduct safety related training.
Facilitates safety initiatives and/or Continuous Improvement Teams (CIT).
Develops, improves and implements Work Safety Procedures and Work Instruction.
Provides technical recommendations to comply with different ESH standards (OSHAS 18001, RBA, etc.)
Assist in developing programs to enhance Company emergency response and disaster management.
Conducts root cause analysis on safety problems and recommends action to solve the problem.
Conducts Incident/Accident Investigation.
Develops Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Controls. Conducts safety training for different organizations as required.
