Your Role and Responsibilities . Perform R2R tasks such as JE preparation, Balance Sheet reconciliation and preparation of financial reports . Monitor scheduled activities and able to work within SLAs . Coordinate with client on issue resolution . Prepare or update Desktop Procedures (DTP) Required Technical and Professional Expertise * At least 2-3 years experience in accounting, reconciliation, preparation financial reports * Experiece in SAP * Preferably with BPO experience, working with SLAs and Issue resolution Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Strong background in R2R processes- JE preparation, reconciliation and reporting * able to analyze accounts and prepare JE adjustments * Adept in using at least MS Excel and MS Word . Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and has keen on details. . Good communication skills (both in written and in verbal). . Highly motivated and proactive and with unquestionable integrity
