Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced RPO Recruiter to support onsite teams in Europe and the US, as part of an end-to-end recruitment role. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening high-volume applicants for key accounts and support multilingual projects for BPO agent and support roles.
Main Duties:
Support local sourcing teams with candidate generation (inc Facebook, Linkedin and Job boards)
Conduct high volume pre-screening/phone interviews to qualify candidate applications
Partner with international hiring managers to schedule interviews and process offers
Produce regular/ad-hoc reports on behalf of the Team Lead/Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
3 years or more RPO experience (ideally in European market)
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels (additional language skills would be an advantage)
Able to work under pressure and manage time effective
