Support JWay and its clients' needs on RPA Systems
Design, develop, test automation workflow, and implement RPA systems, tools, and technologies to maximize the efficiency of business models.
Collect appropriate and accurate information required to set up an automated process for the business
Think of new or better solutions using RPA to improve business processes
Provide guidance with process design
Responsible to create process documentation
Responsible for presenting technical details of RPA systems, tools, or technologies to client and in-house key users.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalen
More than a year (1+) or two (2) years of experience as an RPA Developer is required
Working experience with any of the following RPA tools: Blue Prism, UI Automation, Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan, UiPath, NICE, Work Fusion
Strong software development background using C#, C++, Java, .NET, etc.
Programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
Experience with Agile/ Scrum development methodology
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is an advantage
Knowledgeable in AI and Machine Learning.
Understanding of workflow-based logic
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and adjust to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
