Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or Accounting Technology only;
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Perform internal audit function, particularly on operation, inventory and showroom accountability;
Protect company's assets against fraud and theft;
Ensure that the local management/plant are complying with the rules and policy set by the management;
To add value by improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and processes.
Evaluate and assess the compliance of the assigned plant to management's program;
Verify and check the accurateness of the records by doing mathematical checking of documents and actual inventory of such;
Travel to various locations (showrooms, plants, sub-warehouse and other locations) to perform inventory and other accountability audit;
Check on the correctness of declarations on cash and other cash items, inventories, backloads, underfill, buffer stock, etc.;
Perform inquiries to identify and resolve vulnerabilities;
Identify loopholes and recommend measures to prevent losses to the company;
Report to head office any discrepancies (shortages), theft, suspicious activities and other unfavorable circumstances for the company;
Follow-up on result or actions taken by the management on audit findings
Main Deployment is in Ortigas Pasig if no relieve
Willing to be assigned in any Location as where he / she be may needed
