QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Male/Female
Proven working experience in hotel industry
Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes
Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
Familiarity with industry's latest trends
Proficiency in English
Guest service orientation and drive
Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the general operation of the Front Office e.g. Reception, Reservations, Concierge and Housekeeping.
Main duties are divided in spot checking of hotel rooms to ensure standards, authorizing all leave schedules.
Attends weekly executive and sales meetings as well as the General Manager's briefings with Front Office and Housekeeping.
Supervise and coach on a weekly basis.
Working closely with executive housekeeping and the front office throughout the day to ensure the hotel guests are well cared for, as well as resolving any customer complaints that may arise
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Initial audits reports from FO and cash count and releases incentives
Markets and creates for all upcoming monthly promotions
Punch lists per floor before turn over
Creates schedule for FO and HK under these departments
Handles extranet and other OTA's
Request items for use of departments under her/him
Audits and forward for SOA all company payables
Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
