Maintain and clean guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies
Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing
Maintain the public and general areas
Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or in the same capacity
Preferably with 1 year of experience in the same field or has relevant hospitality experience
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Has strong interpersonal skills
Is a self-starter and a team player
