Job Description : Site Manager:
· Minimum of 5 years related-work experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor
· Strong communication skills - written and verbal
· Supervise and co-ordinate with Sub-Contractors to ensure an efficient installation and build quality
· Scheduling work to be carried out in accordance with the master schedule to ensure targets are achieved and high quality end result is maintained
· Ensure that production targets are met with minimal changes if not zero
· Effective daily use of appropriate company Information Systems and databases
· Comply with Site Managers responsibilities as laid down in the organization's Health, Safety & Environment Policy including timely incident reporting
· At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions and is solely responsible for properly implementing Health & Safety standards under his area of responsibility
· Liaise with other internal department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction
· Complete all relevant inspections and documentation
· Motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise performance of subcontractor and maintains weekly reporting to senior management
· Contribute in the improvement of site build, protecting reputation of the company at all times and when requested to do so, properly implementing change requests.
