Citi's APAC Campus Recruitment Team is seeking an Operations Team Lead to support the Campus Operations across APAC markets.
The APAC Campus Recruitment and Program Management Team is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining university-sourced top talent. The team recruits 1000+ full time hires and summer interns every year to join the various programs across 12 markets in Asia.
The APAC Campus Operations team provide remote support for Recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment process. The team also manages systems, processes, and projects for the APAC Campus organization.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the APAC Campus Strategy and Projects lead, the campus operations lead will be responsible for the development, execution and ongoing management of the operations team.
-Works with the team to manage recruitment ATS & CRM, reporting and analytics, as well as supporting recruiters for employer branding and marketing initiatives.
-Develops, improves, and manages the recruitment operations strategy with support from regional campus recruitment leads to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
-Supports the broader APAC Campus team to optimize the recruitment processes with data tracking, reporting and analysis.
-Works with stakeholder across functions and HR to ensure regional governance of offer and seamless onboarding processes in all countries
-Proactively identifies blockers within the current process and possible enhancement
-Assists in a large complex implementation of strategic initiatives containing multiple, interrelated projects
- Create innovative and robust presentation documents in support of Early Career Talent Strategy efforts
- Drive Data & Analytics strategy for the Campus Recruiting and Program Management function
- Participate in Global Change Control processes to ensure technology serves team's needs
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:
Lead and manage the APAC Campus Operations Team
Continuously evaluate the Operational taxonomy to ensure it support the overall Campus team and outcomes.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the HR Shared Services team to support end to end recruitment driving process improvement
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things Campus (Early Careers) with experience in project management, campus recruitment or change management. Should also have:
Project management experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization; Financial Services experience preferred
Understanding of Human Resources function desired; Experience in Campus Recruiting a plus
Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Experience in Campus Recruiting and Recruitment Operations is an added advantage.
Able to excel in dynamic, fluid, and continuously changing environment
Advanced Excel skills or willingness to learn (pivots, macros, etc.)
Experience in Campus Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Avature) a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business advice
Understanding of how different systems and technologies interact
