The Recruiting Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Recruiting professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the group
Develop detailed recruiting strategies to meet the functions' need for talent acquisition and introduce candidates to managers in anticipation of future hiring needs
Utilize social media to build up established network of function/business area
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners and work with function heads and Managing Directors to fill key positions and senior level roles
Manage sensitive and confidential matters, and utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to resolve complex issues through influence
Engage candidates from other regions, comprehend issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions
Work with the Diversity team to facilitate slate process as well as promote and manage internal mobility process
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Ability to manage teams.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Reporting to the APAC Head of TA Strategy & Programs, this role is an intermediate management level position responsible for coordinating the design and delivery of sourcing channel effectiveness strategy, source channel optimization, and APAC wide recruitment marketing and social media recruitment campaigns.
As part of the APAC TA Strategy & Programs team, you will have end to end exposure to Citi's sourcing channels and marketing strategy, including working with the APAC TA Leads, Global Branding & Marketing teams, and Communications counterparts. The role will partner across both Lateral and Campus initiatives ensuring a regionally consistent approach. Role will be enabled by and partner with an Employer Branding lead and will also directly or indirectly be supported by a Channels & Campaigns Specialist.
This role is part of the ongoing Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation. This is a strategic role which plays a meaningful role in helping Citi attract, engage, and hire the best and most diverse talent at all levels of the organization. The Channel & Campaigns team is part of the APAC TA function and is focused on attracting and sourcing best in class talent for Citi. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver the APAC sourcing channel & marketing strategy through results-driven influence and collaboration with the broader TA team.
Leveraging all sourcing channels including social media and job boards, design and enable targeted marketing campaigns working with TA/ Business stakeholders across the region.
Use data and story-telling to express ROI of campaigns and marketing efforts, to optimize use of sourcing channels, and to enable media purchasing decisions.
Monitor sourcing channel effectiveness and drive optimization through regular tracking of achievements vs. targets and by relentlessly fostering training opportunities.
Engage with APAC Employer Branding Lead, TA leaders, as well as, global counterparts to align communications to Citi's brand story as an employer of choice.
Liaise with TA, HR, Business and Corporate Affairs to help source relevant content and gain approval for marketing campaigns.
Partner with regional Diversity champion on hiring initiatives and program communication.
Manage key vendor relationships and regional channel contract renewals and payment processes.
Support and drive consistency in Employee Referral Policy approach to increase engagement and optimization.
Own relationship with Global Marketing team enabling consistency and alignment in approach.
Participate in ad-hoc regional projects as needed.
Knowledge / Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in recruiting and sourcing, ideally from banking, finance or outsourcing industry.
High level of data literacy with a results-driven approach achieved through obsessive use of data
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, to lead and influence others to collectively achieve outcomes, and to manage stakeholder expectations.
Ability to develop strategies to proactively identify, locate, and engage active and passive candidates through creative marketing and sourcing techniques.
Demonstrate ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to deliver results despite ambiguity
Strong communication skills with ability to quickly gain credibility with business leaders.
